Helping people figure out who they are now.
I coach people rebuilding who they are after a big change: a diagnosis, a career exit, or leaving the beliefs they grew up with.

Living with chronic illness
When your body rewrites the plan and you're figuring out what a full life looks like now. I live with type 1 diabetes, so I know this one from the inside.
Faith transitions
Leaving, or loosening, the beliefs you were raised in, and working out what's actually yours.
Career & identity shifts
Leaving a role that used to define you, or growing into one that doesn't fit yet.
Tech people
You're good at your job and it still doesn't feel like you. I spent nine years as a software engineer. I speak fluent standup.
LGBTQ+ affirming, always.
whoami
I'm a coach, a Scrum Master, and a recovering software engineer in Jacksonville, FL. I trained through UT Dallas's ICF-accredited Executive & Professional Coaching program, and my day job is coaching agile teams.
I also love building technology to solve my own problems, grow my life, and support my coaching, often with AI as a collaborator. Curiosity is the whole method, whether I'm debugging code or helping someone untangle who they're becoming.

- TranscribeAn iPhone app that transcribes recordings on-device, with speaker labels. Private by design, so session notes never leave the phone.
- bg-buddyAn AI that watches my glucose readings and keeps a curious field notebook about the patterns.
- Meal photo → insulin loopSnap a meal, AI estimates the carbs, and it drops into my open-source insulin app's calculator. I still make the call.
- margin-todosDraw a checkbox in the margin of my e-ink tablet and it becomes a real to-do.
- E-ink wall displayA paper-like dashboard on my wall that I can write on with a pen.

Sessions are virtual, or in person around Jacksonville if you'd like.
